- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.

- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Shipping Policy
Our team generally processes and ships all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. The total delivery time usually ranges between 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
Please note:
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
You can enter your PIN code on the product checkout page to view the most accurate delivery timeline for your area.
If there is a holiday observed by our team or our delivery partners between your order date and the estimated delivery date, an additional day may be added to the expected delivery time.
Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive the product, please report the issue to us within 4 days of receiving the delivery confirmation email or SMS. This allows our team to investigate with the courier partner and help resolve the issue promptly.
We always strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.
Package Inspection on Delivery
Before accepting the delivery, please check the package carefully for any signs of damage or tampering.
If you notice any visible damage, do not accept the package.
Instead, please inform the delivery person immediately and contact us at our customer support number or email with your order details and photos of the damaged package.

International Shipping
As of now, we deliver only within India. International shipping is not yet available, but we are working to expand our reach and will soon be able to deliver our products worldwide.

Payment Policy
We offer you multiple secure payment methods to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable.
Our trusted payment gateway partner, Razorpay, uses advanced encryption and security technology to ensure that your transaction details remain confidential at all times.
You can make payments through the following modes:

Net Banking (covering 44 banks across India)
UPI (covering 200+ banks)
Mobile Wallets including JioMoney, Mobikwik, Airtel Money, FreeCharge, Ola Money, and PayZapp
There are no hidden charges — the price shown on the product page is the final amount you pay.
All online transactions are completely secure. Razorpay uses industry-standard AES-128-bit encryption and HTTPS (TLS) protocols to protect your payment data and securely transmit it to the respective banks for processing. For your safety, Razorpay only stores the last four digits of your card number for identification purposes.
We are also working to introduce Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option in the near future.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Termination

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are resident.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service.
You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
At Bankura Traditional Art Center, we take great pride in offering authentic, handcrafted traditional artworks. Each item is carefully created or curated to ensure quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The product is in original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items:
Customized/personalized artwork
Digital products
Items marked “non-returnable” or “final sale”
2. Return Process
Contact us at [your support email or WhatsApp number] with:

- Order ID
- Photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
Our team will verify the request within 48 hours.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back.
After receiving the product, we will inspect it and process the refund/replacement.
3. Refund Options
Refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:
Original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets)
Store credit / Coupon (if chosen by customer)
Refund timeline:
It may take 5–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on the bank/payment gateway.
4. Replacement Policy
If the product is eligible for replacement:
We will send you a new item after receiving the returned one.
If the product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
5. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you can request a return after delivery (if eligible).
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
